Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Frontend Developer at TruInnovations, you will be at the forefront of creating groundbreaking experiences for our products. You will work closely with our backend teams to integrate the frontend and help shape our technical roadmap. Your contributions will empower users to experience our transparent AI-driven platforms that will redefine e-commerce, bringing fairness and clarity to every interaction.
- Lead frontend development, ensuring high-quality code and user experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Integrate APIs, ensuring data integrity and smooth real-time interactions
- Participate in code reviews, and mentor junior developers
- Continuously optimize the performance of our frontend applications
Job Requirements
We are looking for a highly skilled senior developer with experience in modern web technologies. You will need to bring a wealth of experience to this role, ensuring you can hit the ground running in our fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
- 5+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong grasp of modern JavaScript frameworks
- Experience with TypeScript, Vue (preferred), or other modern frameworks (React, Angular)
- Experience working with backend teams using Python and Node
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, etc.)
- Familiarity with real-time technologies like Pusher
- Understanding of Twilio for communication-based integrations is a plus
- Solid understanding of best practices for responsive design, UI/UX

Education & Experience
While a formal degree is valuable, what we value more is practical experience, passion for development, and a drive to create meaningful technology solutions.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience building and deploying scalable frontend applications
- Experience collaborating on complex projects within Agile teams
