TrunInnovations is Made For Fairness.

Just like all of you we've had instances on both sides the fairplay equation and from those experiences we developed an obsession with making the commercial space one that is fair and balanced.

Our background in the tech supply chain and manufacturing highlighted a host of issues causing these imbalances in the marketplace but correcting them required a bigger solution.

The answer was closing the information gap and providng customers with a similar level of insight into the production processes as businessees had into their customers lives.

Journey towards Transparency

OCT 2019

The End of Our Optics Company

After successfully building a multi-million dollar optics company, we shifted focus to tackle a new challenge in the reseller space—pricing transparency. This marked the beginning of our project 'Sally'.

JAN 2020

Identifying the Core Problem

As we dove deeper into reseller processes, we identified the lack of pricing transparency as a fundamental issue. Resellers often manipulated prices to secure deals for large clients, creating unfair advantages.

APR 2020

Launch of TruNeighbors

We launched TruNeighbors, a fully transparent and egalitarian HOA management software that allows all residents to be on the board. This tool aimed to bring fairness and transparency to the often opaque world of homeowner associations.

SEP 2020

Exposing Price Disparities

Gaining access to a reseller’s full cost list gave us a crucial insight—there was a gross disparity between actual costs and the final prices customers were paying. This insight drove us to rethink the entire reseller pricing model.

MAR 2021

Launch of Version 1 Browser Extension

We developed our first browser extension aimed at offering comparative pricing from the web. Although this provided some value, it only scratched the surface of the true pricing transparency problem.

JUL 2021

Production of Gamerbets

We launched Gamerbets, a fully transparent, skill-based betting platform. It was built to offer complete clarity in how games and bets were managed, continuing our mission of providing transparency in every field we touch.

AUG 2021

Connecting Cost Data

The next version of the extension incorporated cost data, illustrating where prices should be. While this was a step forward, we recognized the need for even greater clarity in cost-based decision-making for customers.

APR 2022

Establishing TruPrice

Realizing that the only way to drive change was to participate in the market, we launched TruPrice, an e-commerce platform where goods were priced based on their true cost—not inflated for maximum profit. This was a bold step toward creating a more transparent marketplace.

SEP 2022

AI-Driven Insights for True Cost Transparency

We integrated AI-powered analytics with secured component-based cost data sets to reveal the true cost of producing goods. This feature allowed our customers to see exactly where their money was going and make informed choices about unaccounted-for expenses in the pricing.

NOV 2022

Scaling with Billion-Dollar Reseller Partnerships

We partnered with some of the largest resellers in the industry, integrating our solutions within their ecosystems. This not only helped us understand the complex reseller landscape but also allowed us to streamline our platform to reduce costs for consumers.

FEB 2023

Refining the TruPrice Platform

Based on insights from our partnerships, we expanded our platform’s capabilities, allowing resellers to seamlessly integrate their pricing data and processes. This ensured we could work more effectively with industry leaders while maintaining transparency and fairness for end-users.

JUN 2023

Securing Strategic Alliances

We entered into strategic alliances with logistics and supply chain companies to further refine our understanding of the costs associated with getting products to market. This allowed us to offer deeper insights into true costs at every stage of production and delivery.

AUG 2023

Bringing Full Transparency to Commercial Goods

Using our AI and partnerships, we provided customers with unprecedented visibility into the production and logistics costs of commercial goods. This allowed users to see exactly how much value was added—and decide if it was worth paying for.
